EU STRATEGIC ADVISORY
works on that leveraging on a sound network of experts and promoting new ways of collaboration with the main stakeholders.
The freedom induced by the new (hybrid) way of working, the spread of anywhere workers globally and the need for more sustainable tourism models, inspired us the solution of Wise (Working) residencies: places where anywhere workers and local people can come together according to the European best practise of artists-in-residences. It means developing a new (longer staying) tourism model beyond seasonality and its disparity in the flow of activity that limits economic expansion in the industry. A digital platform supports demand/offer matching.
Looking at the success of "Innovation Ecosystem" practise spread since 2014, here our vision is to develop different phygital (physical and on digital platform) innovative ecosystems on the territory where EU and local Municipalities, academic and research entities, industrial clusters connect with start-ups, business incubators and accelerators. We want to enable scientific, economic and social innovation into key policy areas leveraging on the Municipalities' potential and provoking their sustainable development. Even by developing mixed-use housing, offices, co-working creative and events spaces, in order to facilitate collaborative open innovation and inspire new ways of working/being.
Climate change is being classified as one of the leading national security issues in the years to come, and public health & wellbeing has become a chronic challenge during the pandemic. This creates a great urgency to deploy the European sustainability competence framework, a priority set out in the European Green Deal. Our initiative will develop training to impart the knowledge, skills and attitudes that promote ways to work by thinking, planning and acting with empathy, responsibility, and care for our planet and for public health. Moreover, we will assess the learning paths and promote meaningful employability by the means of an innovative voice-analysis IT tool.
